Since 1977, Hill Plastics has supplied OEM manufacturers with custom thermoformed parts, enclosures, and fabricated components. Every service runs in house in our Lewisville, Texas facility.
Each service below stands on its own, but most projects move through several of them. Keeping design, tooling, forming, and finishing in one shop removes handoffs and protects your timeline.

Eight thermoforming machines from 2 x 3 up to 5 x 9 feet, plus a 4 x 7 rotary machine for high volume production. Cost effective parts from prototype through full production runs.

Design assistance, tooling, thermoforming, fabrication, and CNC trimming all run in house. That removes the vendor handoffs that put timelines at risk.

Established in 1977 and based near Dallas and DFW, Hill Plastics provides plastic thermoforming, vacuum forming, and fabrication for aerospace, telecommunications, industrial enclosures, marine, medical, and other OEMs and entrepreneurs. Our Lewisville, Texas facility holds over 20,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
We run single station thermoforming machines from 2 x 3 to 5 x 9 feet, a 4 x 7 rotary thermoforming machine with a cycle time 2.5 times faster than standard single station machines, and two 5 x 10 CNC trimming centers for primary and secondary trim operations.
Design and CNC interface are handled in SolidWorks. For prototypes and pre production we use low cost wood or polyurethane tooling, and aluminum tooling for production parts. Our staff carry a minimum tenure of 20 years as industry professionals and hold molding and trim details to print specifications and tolerances.
